With 20 years of experience working across the Middle East — including a decade living in Saudi Arabia — Ms. Stansbury offers a distinct perspective. She started her career in Deloitte consulting’s government and public service practice in Washington, DC. In 2013, she advised on US-funded counternarcotic programs in Afghanistan. During the years of economic and cultural transformation under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, she designed development and educational programs for newly formed government and investment-backed entities. When Saudi women entered the public workforce in 2018, she started the first international co-ed leadership program. In 2020, she served as the American Chamber of Saudi Arabia’s first executive director, growing it from an informal business network to a professional organization with over 200 corporate members across three cities.
Ms. Stansbury holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MA in Arab Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She studied Arabic in Jordan and Yemen and taught at primary schools in Lebanon and Gaza before completing her undergraduate studies in social work.
