Ms. Gracia Luo joined The Cohen Group after receiving a Master of International Affairs degree in National Security and Diplomacy from The Bush School of Government & Public Service at Texas A&M University. She focused her coursework on China studies, nuclear strategy and policy, and economic statecraft. Her graduate capstone project focused on designing more effective US government structures for the optimal and proactive use of economic statecraft tools. 
 
Prior to joining The Cohen Group, Ms. Luo served at Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations as a Data Strategy Analyst intern, at Secretary of the Air Force Public Affairs on the US Space Force Strategy and Assessments team as a Public Affairs intern, and at the Texas A&M Internet2 Technology Evaluation Center as a graduate assistant. She has also previously held roles supporting public affairs efforts with the American Red Cross, research efforts with the Economic Statecraft Program at The Bush School, and a National Science Foundation project. 
 
A native of the Dallas, Texas area, Ms. Luo received a Bachelor's of Science degree from Texas A&M University in Political Science and minors in Business and Chinese. She is proficient in Mandarin.
