Saurabh Bhambri

Mr. Saurabh Bhambri joined The Cohen Group after receiving a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Throughout his time at Columbia SIPA, Mr. Bhambri focused his coursework on International Security Policy and Conflict Resolution. In his final semester, Mr. Bhambri completed a consultancy project with the US Department of State, researching Russian disinformation operations against the United Kingdom and the use of counter-narrative tools to build public resilience against disinformation. Additionally, he served as a data analyst intern at the Danish Refugee Council in Uganda, where he conducted monitoring and evaluation of planned humanitarian projects.
Prior to completing his Master’s degree, Mr. Bhambri worked in the United Nations system for three years. He interned as a Political Analyst for the UN Operations and Crisis Centre, where he conducted research and analysis on global security issues for the Executive Office of the Secretary General. He also interned at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva as part of the Emergency Response and Risk Analysis team.
Mr. Bhambri is from New Delhi, India and received a BA in International Relations from Durham University. He also holds an additional Master's degree in International Relations from the Geneva School of Diplomacy, Switzerland. He is fluent in Hindi and has also studied French.
