Ms. Ainsley Dean is a Fellow at The Cohen Group, where she supports clients in the health sciences, consumer goods, and defense sectors. She is also a member of the firm’s China Practice.
 
Prior to joining The Cohen Group in October 2026, Ms. Dean worked in the Virginia House of Delegates, supporting campaigns and policy development. She also interned with the Council on Foreign Relations, the International Trade Administration, and the Office of US Senator Tammy Duckworth.
 
Ms. Dean holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service with a certificate in Asian Studies from Georgetown University, where she also completed her undergraduate studies in international politics. She is proficient in Chinese.
