Ms. Mary Trichka joined The Cohen Group in August 2025. She supports clients in the energy and resources, information technology, and defense sectors with regulatory and policy analysis, business development, and geopolitical risk assessment. 
 
Prior to joining The Cohen Group, Ms. Trichka spent three years at Albright Stonebridge Group, where she advised private sector clients on geopolitical, economic, and regulatory developments in Europe and Eurasia. She conducted work on the impacts of the war in Ukraine, including Western sanctions policy, and supported market entry and business development in the energy and resources, digital, and transportation sectors. Earlier in her career, Ms. Trichka interned with the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of International Affairs, where she worked with the Western Hemisphere team to track macroeconomic developments across Central and South America and the Caribbean. She also served as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Kutaisi, Georgia.
 
Ms. Trichka received her master's degree in public policy from Yale University’s Jackson School of Global Affairs. While at Yale, she served as a teaching assistant for Ambassadors Dereck Hogan and Paul Simons and volunteered as a youth literacy tutor with New Haven Reads. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Middlebury College with a bachelor's degree in political science and Russian. She is proficient in Russian.
