Tristan Paci

Mr. Tristan Paci joined The Cohen Group in October 2024. He supports clients in the technology, telecommunications, and sustainability sectors with geopolitical and regulatory analysis, federal funding assistance, business development, and government engagement strategies. Mr. Paci is a member of The Cohen Group’s Australia/Southeast Asia practice.
Prior to joining The Cohen Group, Mr. Paci supported programs focused on emerging technologies at the National Democratic Institute (NDI). Previously, he conducted research on technology and national security issues at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI). During his graduate studies, Mr. Paci also served as an intern in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor at the US Department of State, focusing on public diplomacy and digital capacity building projects.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Paci worked as a strategic communications consultant at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where he provided counsel to US political candidates, non-profit organizations, corporate leaders, and multinational firms. He also worked in Hong Kong as a communications advisor to private sector clients based in Asia and the United States.
Mr. Paci holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University. Originally from New York City, Mr. Paci has significant travel experience to Italy, Australia, and the Asia-Pacific. He is proficient in Italian and continues his language study in Spanish and Mandarin.
