
Heba Malik

Ms. Heba Malik supports clients in the telecommunications, technology, and defense industries and is a member of The Cohen Group’s Middle East practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Malik was a political consultant with a London-based strategy firm, where she managed focus groups and conducted stakeholder engagement for clients including political parties, nonprofit organizations, and research institutes across Europe. Concurrently, she was the Programme Manager for the Field Fellowship, a program founded by Rt. Hon. Dame Jacinda Ardern.
Previously, Ms. Malik was a Research Assistant at the Center for American Progress’s National Security and International Policy department. In this capacity, she supported high-level meetings with heads of state and other leaders at the organization’s annual Global Progress Action Summit and coordinated roundtable discussions among public and private sector stakeholders on emerging technology and global technology regulation. Ms. Malik also worked at the Atlantic Council's Rafik Hariri Center for the Middle East and the Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Efforts at the US Department of State.
She graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies. She is fluent in Arabic and proficient in Spanish.
