Mr. Konstantinos Mitsotakis is a Fellow at The Cohen Group. He supports clients in the defense, energy, and healthcare sectors with geopolitical risk assessment, government affairs, market entry, and business development, with a focus on European security policy and strategic technologies.
 
Prior to joining The Cohen Group, Mr. Mitsotakis served as an Accredited Parliamentary Assistant in the European Parliament, where he supported legislative work on constitutional and legal affairs and engaged with key stakeholders on issues ranging from the rule of law to EU institutional reform. He also interned at the Atlantic Council’s Economic Statecraft Initiative, where he co-authored published work on European defense funding and contributed to the planning of the Transatlantic Forum on GeoEconomics.
 
Mr. Mitsotakis completed his military service in the Hellenic Army, where he achieved the rank of Lance Corporal. He was recognized as a GLOBSEC Young Leader and participated in the 2025 GLOBSEC Prague Forum as part of the Global Youth Leadership Forum, engaging in high-level dialogue on European security and AI governance.
 
He holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, where he was awarded a merit-based scholarship, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston College. He is fluent in Greek and English and conversational in German.
