Prior to joining The Cohen Group in May 2010, Elizabeth Hennessy worked as The Senior Legal Assistant to the General Counsel and Executive Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors at OAO Technology Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of managed information technology solutions headquartered in Greenbelt, MD with operations worldwide. During her tenure in this position, Elizabeth maintained global corporate compliance for the entity and its subsidiaries, managed contracts, litigation and leases, handled stock and regulatory issues and provided direct support to General Counsel, President and CEO and Board of Directors. Prior to her promotion into this position, Elizabeth worked in a number of administrative positions with OAO Technology Solutions, Inc. over a ten-year period, including providing support to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer and Chief Administrative Officer.

Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in Baltimore, MD in 2002, with a concentration in British Literature and Technical Writing. Elizabeth currently resides in Annapolis, MD.
